Nuevo Vallarta is one of the many most visited places in this region, and in particular in the Riviera Nayarit\u2026 Wow, as if there weren’t many interesting and beautiful places on this coast!<\/p>\n
The tourist, residential and service center is located less than 16 kilometers north of \u201cold\u201d Vallarta and enjoys the benefits of the Banderas Bay coastline, that is, those characteristics that distinguish our paradise: pleasant weather , calm sea, lush vegetation, postcard-worthy sunsets, and above all the nobility of its people.<\/p>\n
Nuevo Vallarta, on the other hand, enjoys a prime location as it is just a few minutes from the Vallarta air terminal, and a short distance from the highway that goes from Puerto Vallarta to Tepic.<\/p>\n
With a warm sub-humid tropical climate (25 degrees centigrade is the average temperature), the population is located very close to the meeting point of the fresh waters of the Ameca River and the Pacific. This feature provides an ideal environment for the presence of bird species such as herons, ducks, pelicans and seagulls, as well as reptiles (from iguanas to crocodiles).<\/p>\n
Attractions and comfort<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the advantages of Nuevo Vallarta is having a quiet beach that stretches from the southern border of Nayarit to the neighboring town of Bucer\u00edas. Its five kilometers of coastline stand out for its smooth sand, low waves and an enjoyable panoramic view of the bay.<\/p>\n “Nuevo” –plain, as many locals call it– is preferred by respectable numbers of visitors, as well as national and foreign residents. It is a safe place, with generous and beautiful spaces, whose urbanization is first class: wide avenues, with well-kept ridges, full of palm trees, trees, and flowers, offering calm and natural beauty. In addition, you can walk, jog or ride a bike along its boulevards.<\/p>\n If only one came on vacation (not ideal, of course, because it would be better to live here), the hotel offer of the destination is remarkable, due to the quality of its establishments, whether large chains or small and exclusive hotels.<\/p>\n As if that were not enough, there is the possibility of renting apartments for vacations or for longer stays. Fortunately, there is a wide variety of options to choose from, always of a good level and category.<\/p>\n Food and delicacies<\/strong><\/p>\n It is a common place to talk about the benefits of the gastronomic offer of the entire Bay of Banderas. And Nuevo Vallarta is no exception to this. You eat very well, be it tacos, hamburgers, pizzas, seafood, cuisines such as Spanish, Italian or Oriental… without forgetting, of course, the delights of Mexican food. They already want some of the restaurants in this town in other cities of the republic.<\/p>\n For those who love golf, there are two excellent courses to unleash this sport. Worthy of mention is the Marina of the site, which has navigable channels to reach the door of the house or villa and leave the yacht or boat under good protection.<\/p>\n It is worth knowing that, in addition to its natural attractions and magnificent hotels, Nuevo Vallarta has hospitals, business and commercial centers, a good street market, water parks, swimming with dolphins, water sports…<\/p>\n In its short existence of less than three decades, the place has shed its status as the younger brother of the southern port of Jalisco. Nuevo Vallarta is a modern and quiet place with a wide range of services and amenities, for tourists or its lucky inhabitants.
