With a beautiful sunset, the mountains and the Cuale River in the background, Jean Talbot welcomed a large number of colleagues, friends and clients for the grand opening of the model apartment and in which the progress of the work was also shown.<\/p>\n

Oasis is the fourth product of Grupo Zeiba in the region, since they previously developed Las Terrazas and Reserva in Punta Mita and Rivera Cuale. They also have another development on the horizon in Litib\u00fa. The Group has a solid prestige as builders and developers that endorse Oasis as a top quality product.<\/p>\n

In a privileged location, next to the Cuale River, OASIS has 97 finely decorated units with ocean and river views, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and prices fluctuate between 300,000 and 800,000 usd. The development will be handed over to its owners from November 2023.<\/p>\n

Jean Talbot, director of marketing for Oasis and broker\/owner of Talbot Real Estate told us that more than 75% of the development has already been sold and that it happened in just a few months.<\/p>\n

The party was very lively with a great attendance that enjoyed a sensational afternoon\/evening, good cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, DJ and a very festive atmosphere.
