{"id":3208,"date":"2023-02-16T13:32:50","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T19:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/?p=3208"},"modified":"2023-05-25T22:18:28","modified_gmt":"2023-05-25T22:18:28","slug":"vallarta-real-estate-fair-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/en\/vallarta-real-estate-fair-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Vallarta Real Estate Fair 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Saturday, February 4, the ninth edition of the Vallarta Real Estate Fair was held at Plaza Molino de Agua, an event dedicated to providing information about real estate in our region, both to sellers and buyers.<\/p>\n<p>The real estate industry is undoubtedly the most powerful in our city, investments multiply every year, both on the supply and on the demand side. The Vallarta Real Estate Fair gives us the opportunity to get closer to agencies, developers and service providers and listen to the experts in their presentations.<\/p>\n<p>The event was fully open to the public and was tremendously attended. This year 41 exhibitors showed up (twice the number of last year) and the exhibition area had to be expanded and Aquiles Serd\u00e1n street closed. Agencies, developments, interior designers, accounting and tax firms for tax advice in Mexico, notaries, experts in immigration law, property management, vacation services and more were presented. There was also a panel of conferences where Wayne Franklin (Market Report 2022), Lic.
