Taylor Swift has achieved great success in music, but she has also achieved great success in the field of real estate investing. Swift\u2019s story is her success story: she soon released Midnights, her tenth studio album that in less than 24 hours became the most streamed in Spotify history. Forbes says that her net worth is around US$400 million, making her one of the highest paid singers in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it\u2019s not music that generates big growth in her bank account. According to Business Insider, her extensive real estate catalog is valued at $84 million and includes everything from mansions and apartments to historic homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investing in real estate has been his passion since he was very young, at just 20 years old, he bought his first 1,000 square meter mansion in Nashville in 2009 and since then he has not stopped buying in the real estate market. Swift also has two properties in Los Angeles, and one of them could be considered the most notable on the list, as it is soon to be declared a \u201chistoric property.\u201d This is The Goldwyn, a Georgian-style mansion where Charles Chaplin or Clark Gable used to be frequent visitors because its previous owner was Samuel Goldwyn, film producer and Metro Goldwyn Meyer studios. It was built in 1934 and the singer bought it in September 2015 for US$25 million. According to the Trulia real estate site, the house has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms that the artist restored so that the property would recover the image it had in the 1930s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her second property in Los Angeles, which she ended up selling years later for a profit of half a million dollars, is in the city of Beverly Hills and she originally bought it in 2011 for US$3.55 million. Located in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, Swift purchased the property in 2013 for $17.75 million. The estate, known as High Watch, includes a 3,000-square-meter historic waterfront home. It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a large garden and a large pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swift also owns an apartment in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York. When she originally bought the property in 2014, it was two adjoining penthouses in an old building that she bought for $20 million from Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson.
