{"id":3527,"date":"2023-03-28T20:38:49","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T02:38:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/?p=3527"},"modified":"2023-03-28T20:38:49","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T02:38:49","slug":"new-board-of-directors-ampi-riviera-nayarit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/en\/new-board-of-directors-ampi-riviera-nayarit\/","title":{"rendered":"New board of directors AMPI Riviera Nayarit and Compostela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Riviera Nayarit and Compostela section sworn in, this Monday, March 27, its new board of directors for the period 2023-2024.<\/p>\n<p>In an ordinary assembly held at the Nuevo Vallarta Business Center, the members of the new boards of directors took office before the national president of AMPI, Ignacio Lacunza Maga\u00f1a, who thanked the work carried out by the outgoing presidents Claudio Leone de la Madrid and Juan Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Alarc\u00f3n and congratulated the new presidents for having accepted this responsibility, which represents pawning the word before the union, society and the authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Lemus Mateos, incoming president of AMPI Riviera Nayarit, promised to continue professionalizing the membership and boosting its growth, emphasizing service to associates and affiliates.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3522\" src=\"http:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AMPI-Nayarit-Property-Journal4-600x423.jpg\" alt=\"New-board-of-directors-AMPI-Riviera-Nayarit-and-Compostela\" width=\"441\" height=\"311\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want a proactive association, an association that really spreads the name of AMPI, that is recognized by everyone who comes to buy in this region, for which it implements dissemination strategies and actions, as well as training and professional training to raise prices. ethical levels among associates and affiliates,\u201d said Lemus.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron Fisher, the president of the AMPI Compostela section, highlighted the importance of promoting the professional development of the members of the organization through better education and professional training.<\/p>\n<p>The new board of directors will also focus on promoting and strengthening the good image of the organization in international markets and its contribution to the professional development of Mexican real estate professionals.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3523\" src=\"http:\/\/propertyjournal.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AMPI-Nayarit-Property-Journal2-600x411.jpg\" alt=\"New-board-of-directors-AMPI-Riviera-Nayarit-and-Compostela\" width=\"407\" height=\"279\" \/>The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) is a non-governmental body that governs real estate activity throughout Mexico.
