On July 23, the 98th birthday of our beloved Nelly Barquet was celebrated with a magnificent breakfast at Casa Velas, which was attended by a large part of the Vallarta community. Among them, lifelong friends such as Pepe Díaz Escalera and Lalo Moreno, as well as more than 200 people including friends and family who sang the “mañanitas” to the most emblematic woman in Puerto Vallarta.
Nelly’s birthday celebration is not just another party; It is the celebration and gratitude of a lifetime full of anecdotes, contributions, changes and a legacy in the history of Puerto Vallarta.
