Located in Omotesando, one of the most elegant areas of Tokyo, the house has four floors, a rooftop terrace with impressive views of the city, a car gallery, a wine cellar, a home theater, a gym and a private spa, with the design principles of Aston Martin reflected throughout the property, who are also responsible for the decoration and furniture.
The house is already sold to an anonymous buyer and will be delivered in November of this year. It is speculated that the owner paid $22 million. However, it is not the first time that Aston Martin has worked in the real estate sector. The Aston Martin Residences in Miami, which are 97% sold, or the private development Sylvan Rock are some examples of his fascination with architecture.
The house is intended for a very particular and highly demanding market. The exterior design was carried out by a Japanese architect and the interior by Aston Martin designer Marek Reichman, seeking a “quiet and relaxing space in which to retreat.”
According to the brand, the house revolves around automobiles and all the prominence is given to the garage, in which a Valkyrie and a Vantage are exhibited, since they can be seen from the dining room through a glass wall. As reported by the brand, this house is the “perfect home for an Aston Martin owner.”
