On December 3, 2025,Puerto Vallarta’s iconic Hacienda San Angel—a Michelin-starred landmark—will host one of the most meaningful and refined events of the season: “Sit, Sip & Support: A Dinner in White.”An evening dedicated to elegance, community, and helping the region's most vulnerable animals.
The gala will directly benefit PEACEAnimals, an organization that, since its founding, has performed more than 65,000 free spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats in Banderas Bay. Their work has transformed entire neighborhoods, reducing overpopulation, improving public health, and creating safer environments for both animals and residents.
An unforgettable evening under the stars
Guests are invited to wear white and accessorize with fascinators and creative headpieces, in the festive spirit of this exclusive dinner.
The evening will include:
- A multi-course gourmet dinner prepared by the chefs of Hacienda San Angel

A Heartfelt Tribute
The 2025 gala will honor Gretchen DeWitt, co-founder of PEACEAnimals, whose legacy continues to guide the organization's impact. Her daughter, Cairo, will be the Master of Ceremonies, celebrating her memory and the compassionate movement Gretchen championed for years.
Real and Urgent Impact
Donations will fund mobile spay/neuter clinics,which serve communities with limited access to veterinary services. In 2024 alone, PEACEAnimals successfully spayed or neutered 8,423 animals,a milestone achieved through the collaborative efforts of veterinarians, volunteers, and dedicated donors.
For many families, PEACEAnimals' work is essential: in various neighborhoods, some arrive as early as 3:00 a.m. to secure an appointment for their pets.
