Born in Guadalajara, 32 years old, family guy, F1 driver, winner of 25 podiums and 3 Grand Prix, Checo Pérez is, without a doubt, our most international character.
And it is in Puerto Vallarta where Checo and his family, made up of his wife Carola Martínez and two beautiful children, get away from the noisy world of racing, in a spectacular apartment facing the sea.

Despite the fact that the Red Bull driver seeks to keep his personal life away from the spotlight of the cameras, a few months ago, he opened the doors of the apartment he has in the coastal area, to give an interview and show part of his home. Through a video, broadcast by Sky Sports F1, we were able to see the home he owns in Puerto Vallarta, which is located in front of the Pacific Ocean, so the views from his balcony are simply impressive.
“This is my little place where I really have some fun. It’s nice to have a place like this because it helps me to be away from sports, routine and work”, said Sergio Pérez.
As we could see, the decoration is minimalist, most of the elements of the house range from gray to beige, passing through white with details in dark tones. The living room is a large space with a huge modular sofa, two singles and one for three people, all in gray and green. The dining room, meanwhile, can accommodate up to twelve people; flowers, sculptures and a wedding photo of him complete the setting. The floors are marble and all the furniture is mahogany, but above all the large windows with spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas stand out.
It is in the terrace area, where part of the interview took place, which has comfortable minimalist-style sofas where the Mexican pilot possibly spends most of his time to relax with his family.
Finally, we got to know the private gym adapted to his needs, with a large number of state-of-the-art equipment and, without a doubt, the main space of the property.
