The liquidity and performance of Reits (Real Estate Investment Trusts) have also attracted investor attention, offering attractive investment opportunities in a volatile market. Reits allow investors to participate in the real estate market without having to buy and manage properties directly.

Capital appreciation: Property tends to increase in value over time, thanks to growing demand, land scarcity, and urban development.

Rental income: Investors can generate stable passive income by renting out properties.

Protection against inflation: Real estate tends to maintain or increase its value during inflationary periods, unlike other assets. Historically, the value of real estate has outpaced inflation over the long term.

Diversification: Investing in real estate can reduce risk by diversifying an investment portfolio. Adding real estate investments to a portfolio that includes stocks and bonds can help reduce overall volatility.

Tangibility: Investors can physically own their investment, providing a sense of security and stability. Unlike stocks or bonds, real estate is a tangible asset that can be seen and touched.

Tax advantages: In many countries, there are tax benefits such as mortgage interest and maintenance expense deductions.
