Seven restaurants are part of the Mexico Gastronomic Guide 2023 and Nayarit restaurants shone at the presentation and delivery gala of the Mexico Gastronomic Guide to Great Restaurants in Mexico 2023, edited by Culinaria Mexicana and published by Larousse Cocina.
The State of Guerrero once again hosts the Gala event at the Princess Mundo Imperial Hotel, on the Riviera Diamante in the port of Acapulco. For several days there was a large gathering of colleagues with the presence of the majority of the 250 restaurants that entered the guide.
Thanks to the excellence of its cuisine and service, on the eighth occasion of the edition three restaurants ratified their place: El Delfín at the Garza Canela hotel in San Blas, Emiliano Cocina y Vino in Tepic. For the second consecutive year also Loma 43 in Tepic, Loma 42 Bahía in Nuevo Nayarit, Hectors Kitchen and Tuna Blanca both in Punta de Mita. And for the first time, enter the Codex guide inside the Conrad Punta de Mita.
The Mexico Gastronomic Guide is considered by experts as the most complete of its kind in the country and is carried out in order to recognize the effort and work of cooks, cooks and chefs, both traditional and professional, hence the importance. This edition continues with 250 restaurants and has a circulation of more than 65 thousand copies.
