Axioma Desarrollos celebrated the laying of the first stone of Verdemar, its new project in the very fashionable Colonia Versalles.
With a good number of guests, José Antonio Villarreal Carrera, director of the project, welcomed the attendees and spoke of the importance of the work:
“We decided to start developing in Puerto Vallarta because we have known the city for more than 20 years, we understand the market, we trust and see great value in local talent, we saw a great business opportunity in this type of market.”
Axioma Desarrollos, a company from Monterrey with a presence in the Rivera Nayarit with more than five projects in the bay; It is a family business in which all the members, with their different skills, participate under the leadership of Antonio Villarreal Saldaña, director and founder of the group with more than 30 years of experience in the construction business.
Verdemar has had a total sales success, suffice it to say that of the 29 units that went on sale in January, only 7 remain available. What is the reason for this success? José Antonio tells us “We did not do a modern project, we wanted to do something very similar to Vallarta architecture: stone, wood, brick, warm, with vegetation, very romantic, and that has been the sales success in our development.”
A big congratulations to Axioma Desarrollos and Sara Elengorn, at the head of their very effective sales team, for the work they are doing at Verdemar and their great professionalism.
