Verde Mar Living: a project with purpose

In the heart of Versalles is Verde Mar Living, a Boutique real estate development that, since its inception, has sought respect for the settlers, preserving the traditional architecture and design of Puerto Vallarta, maintaining its essence, following sustainable practices, respecting the height level of the area and with a low density proposal.

Verde Mar has 29 units and many amenities. Some of them are the gym, the heated infinity pool, the rooftop, the central patio, a spacious lobby, elevator, a locker-type warehouse for each department and also has a water filtration system.

The company that directs the project is Axioma Desarrollos and is in charge of the Architect José Antonio Villarreal. In turn, the “mother” company is Axioma Proyectos, directed by Antonio Villarreal, also an architect. It is a strong family business that has more than 30 years of experience in the supervision and management of real estate projects in Mexico.

Verde Mar Living is Axioma’s letter of introduction in Puerto Vallarta and what distinguishes them is their work ethic which, in the words of Architect Antonio Villarreal, “ethical principles are precisely the great differential of our time.”

That is precisely what has defined the success of Verde Mar, since its quality as a project also lies in its way of working and in the opportunities it offers its collaborators; we refer to practices that promote the integral development of workers. An example of this is the school that they have within the same project, directed by the Construyendo y Creciendo Foundation, in which classes are taught for all literacy workers, primary, secondary, preparatory or revalidation of truncated studies. This is a joint initiative of Axioma, Rebus Constructora and Premiere Constructora.

Likewise, most of the workers are from Puerto Vallarta because they bet on local talent, a fact of great importance that represents the value of work and the importance of building community in the projects they develop.

Another example of the dynamic spirit to create community and encourage workers was the Christmas pine contest in which each work team, say drywallers, carpenters, ironworkers, etc., had to make a Christmas pine tree with recyclable materials from their own area. This dynamic went viral on social networks after a TikTok by the architect José Antonio and was so successful that it appeared on national television and conducted an interview for Tv Azteca talking precisely about this proposal.

The incredible success in social media or the popularity of the initiative lies in the exercise of replication that other companies can also have with their collaborators and in their way of working, where values are promoted and the worker is recognized.

We are very pleased to learn first-hand about the Verde Mar Living project, as well as the way Axioma Desarrollos and Axioma Proyectos work, and we are sure of the positive impact on the Vallarta community in this and future projects. Much success!
